ORDER STATUS:

"New Order"  means we have just received your order. It will be processed within the next 24 hours. Weekends and holidays add to the shipping time as shipments do not move on these days.

"PROCESSNG means your order is in process and will soon be picked and packed for shipping.

"Shipped" means your order is on its way to you.

"Back Ordered" means we do not have enough stock to ship your order. We will be contacting you via email for your instructions on how to proceed.

"CANCELLED" means the item ordered has been discontinued and is no longer manufactured OR customer has cancelled the order.


Back-orders: We  try to have all items available for you when you purchase however, if an item is back-ordered or is no longer available we will notify you on your order status update that will be emailed to you if you have a valid email address that you entered upon ordering

Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard service. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received are usually processed within 24 hours of order, orders received Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day in that order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but you will not be charged any extra shipping.  Equipment orders may take longer.
NOTE:The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.

Delivery: We use a variety of shipping methods including: UPS, FED-EX, USPS, & Trucking for large over-sized items, and certain blade grinders, engines etc. most small packages will ship via USPS
NOTE: Non delivery of package after scheduled delivery date should be reported immediately to us with all the information including order # and tracking information and or if tracking information states order has been delivered and you have no package, you also need to contact us immediately at 678-369-9907 and you should also call the shipping company that delivered the item that day to verify delivery. It is the customers responsibility to watch the progress of the package delivery that is why we supply tracking numbers to our customers.
 
ORDER RETURNED BY DELIVERY CARRIER : Any order returned to warehouse due to incorrect address given by customer or usps cannot deliver due to no mail delivery at address will be returned to stock . Customer will be refunded less original shipping amount.

Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST call 678-369-9907 Immediately of placing order, If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been Processed, you will get credit  issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been processed, the Product Return Policy Information listed below must be followed. If you refuse delivery it will be sent back to the shipper if you receive it you must return it back to us and once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned Parts Only. Shipping is non refundable

Damages: Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. The receiver, Not the Shipper, must make claims against freight lines.  All concealed damage should be reported to us immediately. Any damage not reported within 5 days of invoice date cannot be adjusted or credited.

Order Errors/Shortages: Any shortages or shipping errors must be reported immediately. Any order/Shipment errors not reported within 5 days of invoice cannot be adjusted or credited

Warranty:

The manufacture's warrants to you that all parts supplied  will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. (certain restrictions apply)This Warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. Mowercity does not Warranty any item only the manufacture does.
If you believe you have purchased defective parts from Mowercity.com as described above, Please notify us , fully informing us of why you believe the parts are defective. Mowercity.com will either request you to return the defective goods to our warehouse for inspection or will rely upon the information you have provided to determine whether the goods are defective as described above.  If any parts are proven to be defective, then Mowercity.com,  will replace the defective goods,or  refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs).  NOTE: You are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the inspection, or replacement of defective goods, and in no event shall you be entitled to pay exceeding the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs) you originally paid for the parts. 
Mowercity.com shall not be liable for ANY incidental or consequential damages that you allege you may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of goods from Mowercity.com.  This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any defective goods.

Equipment Warranty :
All equipment warranty must be handled thru a Warranty provider of the equipment only. Once units are shipped from our warehouse they are not allowed to be returned and must be taken to warranty center

Returned Goods:
No refunds on used products, No returns on Electrical Components
 Any returns must be authorized and returned using a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
To get your RMA Please log into your mowercity account and click on details of your order and on the right side you will see add new RMA please click on this to proceed with creating your RMA..***please note if you forgot your password click on the link forgot password and it will be e-mailed the the email you entered when you created your account  All items must be in original packaging. Any items returned without a RMA# will be refused. The RA# must be marked on the outside of the carton. Any items returned not in sell-able condition will not be refunded . No items may be returned after 30 days of invoice date. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an mowercity.com error will incur a 50% restocking fee. 

please note*if you are returning blades we will not accept used blades and or if you have sharpened them by any means they cannot be returned

Cost of Shipping item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer unless it is our error in which we will credit you the difference or send a call tag to pick up item(s). Returns can take up to10 to 15 business days to process.
After 30 days. All sales are final, no returns are allowed.
